Invitation Letter

All participants who register will be sent an invitation letter upon request. This letter is only intended to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution.

Name Badge

All participants, companions and company representatives can obtain their badges from the registration desk. Badges must be worn at all scientific and social activities during the meeting.

Participation Certificate

All participants who register for the meeting will be given a certificate of participation.

Airport Transfer

We can provide transfer services from two different airports in Istanbul (Anatolian Side – Sabiha Gökçen Airport and European Side – Istanbul Airport). Your transfer requests will be budgeted according to your e-mail address tkad@globalturizm.com.tr.
